Terms of Sale
Effective July 22, 2026
These Terms of Sale apply when you buy a Mudawem™ product from mudawem.com from Intrahold Ventures LLC. Your use of the Mudawem app, account, and services is governed by our Terms of Service, and your personal data by our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Sale.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy, subject to product availability and our acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or we identify a pricing or product error, and if we do we will refund any amount you were charged. Stock is reserved when you start checkout and released if payment is not completed.
Prices and errors
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change over time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout. If we discover an error in a price or product description, we may correct it or cancel the affected order and refund you.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you authorize a charge to your payment method for the total shown at checkout, and you agree to Stripe's terms in addition to ours. We do not store your card details.
Taxes
Any sales tax that applies is calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. Prices are shown before tax.
Shipping
We ship within the United States only, at a flat rate shown at checkout. Processing times, delivery estimates, and other shipping details are described in our Shipping & Returns policy.
Cancellations and returns
You can cancel an order before it ships by emailing support@mudawem.com. Once an order has shipped, returns, including the return window and any nonrefundable costs, are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy.
Title and risk of loss
Title to a product, and the risk of loss or damage, pass to you when the product is delivered to your shipping address.
Warranty
Mudawem products are covered by our Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. Please review it for what is covered and how to make a claim.
Safe use and power supply
Mudawem is powered by a standard 5V USB power supply, which is not included unless expressly stated. You are responsible for providing and using a safety-certified (UL- or ETL-listed) 5V USB power adapter rated for the product, together with an undamaged, good-quality USB-C cable, and for following the safety instructions in the product manual. The product is for indoor use only. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for damage, loss, or injury resulting from the use of a power adapter or cable that we did not supply or that is not safety-certified, or that is damaged, counterfeit, or improperly rated, or from misuse, liquid or moisture exposure, inadequate ventilation, modification, or failure to follow the product's safety instructions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the product or these Terms of Sale is limited to the amount you paid for the product, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
