Shipping

Ships within the U.S. for a flat $5.99. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 days and generally arrive 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier. Tracking is provided. You'll receive an order confirmation by email, and we'll let you know when your order ships.

Returns

You may return an item within 30 days of delivery if it's in its original, unused condition. To start a return, email support@mudawem.com with your order number. Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

If possible, reset the sign in the app before you send it back: open Settings and choose Reset sign. This removes your Wi-Fi details and unlinks it from your account. If the sign will not connect, contact support and we'll help.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method via Stripe. Refunds usually appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where an order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund, including shipping.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order any time before it ships by emailing us. We'll refund it in full. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
